As with all facets of our operation, the culinary standards of ALFREDO 100 are very high and non­negotiable. We feature authentic Italian Restaurant food and prepare every dish to order. We balance flavors; use locally sourced and imported Italian ingredients and offer wine selections to please any palate, so that each guest can be assured of an outstanding meal — every single time! – We strive to cook in the healthiest way, minimizing saturated fats and using the freshest ingredients as in Italy. We encourage the liberal use of fresh herbs and spices and import many products from Italy itself. We are famous for a rich dish “The Original Fettuccine Alfredo” but provide also some the healthiest and light dishes from the home country as well! – Our menu selections are the result of years of seeking out the best recipes from all regions of Italy and particularly Lazio with its Capital Rome.
